- Assistant Manager: 25–40 years

- Regional Manager: Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing) or equivalent with 7–10 years of experience in NBFC-MFI or BFSI, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Additional Requirements: Proficiency in financial compliance (for Lead Auditor), client relationship management (for Assistant Manager), and strategic leadership (for Regional Manager).
