    • Manager – Grade B: 25–35 years
    • Assistant General Manager – Grade C: 28–40 years

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Manager – Grade B (Corporate Credit/Retail Banking): Graduate in any discipline with 4 years of banking experience, or B.Tech/B.E/MBA/CA with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
    • Assistant General Manager – Grade C: Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM/M.Sc./CA) or B.Tech/B.E with 7 years of banking experience in corporate credit or retail banking.
    • Deputy General Manager – Grade D: Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM/CA) or B.Tech/B.E with 10 years of banking experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
    • IT-Related Posts: B.Tech/B.E in IT/Computer Science/Electronics or BCA/B.Sc. (IT) with Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification and 4–10 years of experience.

Selection Process
